Market notice:Study and production for the modification of the guide rollers of the b600 platform on the dga th site in val de reuil
This is a tranche market falling within the scope of defense or security markets. The purpose of this contract is to study and carry out modifications to the guide rollers of the platform of the so-called b600 test means from DGA Hydrodynamic Techniques. dga th has a 550 meter long traction basin on which a platform moves which tows the tested models. this platform is made up of an asymmetrical tubular structure 18 m long, 16 m wide, weighing approximately 120 tonnes rolling on steel rails and circulating above the pool at a maximum speed of 12 m/s. the platform is guided on the rail by a guiding device composed of 2 sets of 4 guide rollers located on the lower line. the lateral guidance device of the platform on the rails must be replaced and modified in order to eliminate recurring problems of vibrations and shocks linked to these rollers. *************************************************************************************** It is specified that the deadline for submission of envelopes is 05/04/2026 at 12:00 p.m. (Paris time). those listed in section 5.1.12 are in UTC format. *********************************************************************************************************************************************** The contract may include one or more optional tranche(s) according to the terms which will be explained in the consultation file. services subject to optional installments may be added to the services ordered on a firm basis. the buyer reserves the right not to strengthen these tranches. ********************************************************************************************************************************************** Candidates must specify whether they are appearing alone or in a group.
