oksøy Lighthouse is Located on An Island in Kristiansandsfjorden, Kristiansand Municipality in Agder County. the Lighthouse Station is a Coastal Lighthouse That Was Established in 1832. Oksøy Lighthouse is Protected and the Area Around It. the Task is to Replace the Roof and Walls of the Pilothouse. Existing Roofing Consists of Eternit Corrugated Sheets. It is Intended to Remove Everything Up to the Roof Trusses and Add Cement-based Corrugated Sheets on the Roof and Cement-based on the Walls. Corrugated Panels and Wall Panels Are Made of Eternite and Contain Asbestos. Asbestos Remediation Must Be Carried Out When Demolishing and Handling These Materials. in Addition to These, Windows and External Doors Must Be Rehabilitated Option Rehabilitation of the Walls and Roof of the Boathouse.
