Tenders are invited for the renewal of electrical systems, VOEK 150-26 Lot 1: refrigeration systems including maintenance 1.1 refrigeration systems for artificial insemination (414) The Friedrich Loeffler Institute intends to construct a new refrigeration system for air conditioning the attic in the artificial insemination department. For the supply of the premises, the installation of wall cassettes is planned, which will be connected via refrigerant lines to an outdoor unit installed at ground level outside. The outdoor unit will be built on a suitable mounting system. The piping will run from the outdoor unit along the facade to the attic. In the attic, the refrigerant lines will be laid in the corridor area below the ceiling in a parapet channel and directed to the individual ceiling cassettes. The condensate drainage of the indoor units will occur via the existing ventilation duct in the WC area; for this, wall openings must be made in sections and properly closed after the installation of the lines. 1.2 refrigeration systems laboratory (406) The Friedrich Loeffler Institute intends to construct a new chilled water system and renew the fan convectors in the existing laboratory building. The building is single-story and is used both as a laboratory area and for livestock. The existing fan convectors with supply air connection are technically obsolete and are to be completely replaced with new devices. The new convectors are to be connected to the existing piping systems. In the affected areas, existing piping sections must be properly dismantled, prepared, and made ready for the reconnection of the new convectors. At the back of the building, there is an extension where the chilled water unit, including buffer storage, distribution system, circulation pump, and fittings, is currently installed. This existing refrigeration system is to be completely dismantled, removed, and disposed of properly according to applicable regulations. Instead of the old system, a new chilled water unit is to be constructed outside and connected to the existing chilled water network of the building. All necessary connections, adjustments to the piping infrastructure, and required modifications must be made. The piping installation will follow the routing of the refrigeration system. 2.2 electrical systems laboratory (406) The Friedrich Loeffler Institute intends to construct a new chilled water system and renew the fan convectors in the existing laboratory building.
