Tenders Are Invited for Procurement of Event services
The aim is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) Bidder for the coming 24 months through a tender, with an option to extend four times 12 months. We are seeking a partner who can provide support at an executive, tactical and strategic level in the production of events, providing proactive advice regarding creation and realization. This involves collaboration in the field of events in the broadest sense of the word across various channels, with the aim of qualitatively positioning the university of applied sciences. In addition, clear and concrete reports are expected both during and after the event to enable optimal adjustments and optimization. The scope of this tender is to select a supplier for the rental of materials and technology (including personnel), as well as a Contractor who can contribute ideas regarding the creative content of an event. Please refer to the tender documents for further details. The scope of the activities averaged approximately €150,000 annually in 2024 and 2025, excluding VAT; this is also the expectation for 2026 and 2027. However, bidders cannot derive any rights from this. SCOPE Throughout the year, various events are organized by NHL Stenden at NHL Stenden locations. These include, for example, open days, conferences (for students and/or staff and/or external parties), introduction weeks, and graduation ceremonies. Broadly speaking, the events fall into four categories: 1. Student events, such as internship fairs, introduction weeks, and student conferences 2. Recruitment events, such as open days 3. Staff events, such as staff days and staff conferences 4. Events for external stakeholders, such as hosting a conference for a trade association or an event for other universities of applied sciences.
