Tenders Are Invited for EA AV means - SCOL
The assignment includes: - The ready-to-use, fully functional, and robust installation and delivery of AV equipment, including accessories; - The supplier is responsible for completely unburdening the customer regarding the placement, assembly, and installation of AV equipment and accessories. Additionally, the assignment includes the relocation and, if desired, dismantling of AV equipment and accessories, including disposal if necessary. - Providing both solicited and unsolicited advice; - Offering user instructions, training, and support; - Providing maintenance, service, and warranty. Optionally included in the assignment: - Relocating existing AV equipment and accessories within a location (for example, within a classroom or between classrooms within the same location); - Moving existing AV equipment and accessories between different locations (for example, from one school to another). The Framework Agreement is fully utilized and thereby ceases to be in effect once the maximum assignment value has been reached. The maximum assignment value is set at € 5,025,000 excluding VAT.
