Tenders Are Invited for Construction of the Youth Entrepreneurship Promotion Center in Agro-business (cpejab) in Kasaï Oriental
the Democratic Republic of the Congo Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank/transition Support Facility, Hereinafter Referred to as Fat, to Finance the Governance and Skills Development Support Project in Support of the Agricultural Transformation Program (pagdc-pta) and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Construction of the Youth Entrepreneurship Promotion Center in Agro-business (cpejab) in Kasaï Oriental in Three (03) Distinct Lots:
lot 1: Production-processing-packaging/marketing Infrastructures;
lot 2: Administrative Infrastructures;
lot 3: Related Community Infrastructures.
the Duration of the Work Execution is Set at Twelve (12) Calendar Months Per Lot. However, the Deadlines Are Not Cumulative in the Case of the Award of Multiple Lots.
Bids must be submitted to the National Coordination Office of the FSRDC (Tel. (+243) 82 24 62 073) at the address below no later than 3:00 PM (local time) on May 18, 2026.
Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of the bidders and other attendees at the address below on May 18, 2026, at 3:10 PM (local time).
8. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the following amounts:
Lot 1: Thirty thousand US dollars (USD 30,000);
Lot 2: Forty thousand US dollars (USD 40,000);
Lot 3: Thirty-five thousand US dollars (USD 35,000).
