the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank (afdb) Toward the Cost of the Second Ethiopia–djibouti Power System Interconnection Project and Intends to Apply Part of the Agreed Amount for Payments Under the Contract for Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Compliance Audit (eshs-ca) Services. the Project Aims to Enhance Regional Power Interconnection Capacity Between Ethiopia and Djibouti Through the Construction of High-voltage Transmission Infrastructure and Associated Substations.
