Tenders Are Invited for Inspection, Testing, Repair and Replacement of Hoisting and Lifting Equipment
Description :? Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe invites market parties to collaborate within the framework agreement for the Inspection, Testing, and Repair of Hoisting and Lifting Equipment. We are seeking partners who are not only professionally competent in inspecting, testing, and repairing hoisting and lifting equipment, but who are also willing to invest in a sustainable, open, and reliable collaboration. This concerns both periodic inspections and maintenance as well as ad-hoc repairs outside the regular schedule. There is no maximum set on the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; any Bidder who meets the requirements (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditure, the scope of the contract is estimated at approximately €100,000 (excluding VAT) per year. For the entire duration of the agreement, the total estimated scope is set at approximately €600,000 (excluding VAT). To cover potential unforeseen costs, a margin of 100% has been applied to the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €1,200,000 (excluding VAT) for the entire duration of the assignment. For the operation of the framework agreement and the placing of further assignments, reference is made to section H2.8. The stated scope is intended solely as an indication; contractors may not derive any rights from it in any way.
