Tenders Are Invited for Procurement specialist, Finance/Disbursement specialist and Interpreter/Translator and Office manager
The project "Improvement of the Issyk-Kul Ring Road, Balbay Baatyr-Karakol section", financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Position titles: procurement specialist, payments specialist, office manager/translator.
The Kyrgyz Republic has received funding from the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction ( EBRD ) for the Issyk-Kul Ring Road Improvement Project , Balbai Baatyr - Karakol Section , and intends to use part of the funding for consulting services.
The Project Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (PIG) ??requires the following specialists:
1.purchasing specialist ;
2.payments specialist ;
3.office manager/translator.
The main task of the specialists is to facilitate the proper functioning and control over the timely completion of tasks in their area during the implementation of the Project "Improvement of the Issyk-Kul Ring Road, Balbay Baatyr - Karakol Section" , as well as other EBRD projects implemented by the PMU, under the leadership of the Head of the PMU.
