Tenders Are Invited for As part of an inter-municipal cooperation project, the clients intend to introduce a shared system for a digital mapping platform. The goal is to provide a unified, scalable, and future-proof infrastructure for the digital networking of citizens, local stakeholders, services, and information. The contract includes the design, implementation, operation, and support of a modular software solution in a SaaS model, including mobile applications (wallet and provider app), a web-based marketplace, and a backend system. The solution must enable a secure digital identity and token structure (e.g., based on blockchain).
