Tenders Are Invited for Mobiliteitsdiensten Mobility as a Service (maas)
Description :? The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a single Agreement with a single Contractor for the delivery and operation of a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform, including associated services. The mobility services are understood to include, at a minimum, the use, invoicing, and processing of: • Commuting by private transport, including home office allowances; • Business travel by private transport; • Public transport: commuting and business travel, including registration of private travel, public transport bicycles, and public transport bicycle parking; • Use of shared cars; • Required and desired reporting and management information; • Providing a user-friendly environment for both Users and the back office. The Contracting Authority anticipates that additional forms of mobility may be added in the future, such as shared scooters, shared e-bikes, or carpooling solutions. The MaaS platform must be reasonably prepared for this. Approximately 4,500 employees.
