Request for Expressions of Interest Consulting services for Preparation of the Road Transport Climate Strategy and Action Plan (RTCSAP) for the Transport Sector (Road).
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (MoTC) intends to engage, through a law firm, five international and three national consultants to assist MoTC in the preparation of a Road Transport Climate Strategy and Action Plan (RTCSAP) within the transport sector (roads) aimed at ( i ) assessing/reporting on the decarbonization of the transport sector in other developing member countries (DMCs), (ii) reviewing transport policies, guidelines, plans and studies, (iii) conducting consultations, (iv) providing capacity building in the field of road safety and (v) conducting capacity building activities
Expressions of interest must be submitted through the ADB website no later than 9:59 p.m. (local time) on 11 May 2026.
