Tenders Are Invited for Digital Learning and Working Environment
This tender concerns the delivery, implementation, management, and further development of a foundation-wide Digital Learning and Working Environment (DLWO), including the underlying ICT facilities and their management. The DLWO will be realized within a central Microsoft 365 environment and is intended to facilitate all affiliated schools and the Central Service Bureau. The scope encompasses both the technical setup and management of the basic facilities, as well as the services required to ensure the environment functions stably, securely, and compliantly throughout the contract period, including transition and transfer to management. This is a public contract with an estimated value of €8,850,000 excluding VAT over the entire contract period, including extensions. This amount also constitutes the ceiling amount for tenders.
