the Republic of Djibouti Has Received Funding From the International Fund for Agricultural Development (ifad) and the Climate Action Window (caw) Administered By the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Youth Entrepreneurship Project for Climate Change Adaptation (pejacc) and Intends to Use Part of These Grants to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Works of the Rural Track Development Tadjourah -ripta - Debne - Terdo: (from Pk 6+400 to Pk 16.725) for a Length of (10.33 Km) in a Single Lot.
