Tenders are invited for Maintenance and conservation of the garden areas, irrigation installations, washing, head and irrigation tank of the city of light film studios in alicante
The object of this document consists of the prescriptions and conditions that govern the contracting of maintenance and conservation of the gardened areas, irrigation installations, street cleaning, irrigation head and reservoir of the Ciudad de la Luz film studios in Alicante, whose purpose is to provide a complete and profitable service that meets the required quality levels of the services and demonstrates responsiveness to the needs of the SPTD in Ciudad de la Luz. The objectives of this project are conductive, preventive, legal technical, corrective, predictive, and modifying maintenance of the irrigation and street cleaning installations and equipment, irrigation head and water reservoir, maintenance of civil works of these constructed infrastructures, as well as that corresponding to the retaining walls adjacent to certain gardened areas. Conservation of the different gardened areas that are integrated into the urbanization of the audiovisual complex. The PPT lists and describes in detail all the installations.
