Tenders Are Invited for Leasing and Maintenance of Drinks Vending Machines
Description :? The European tender concerns the "Lease and maintenance of beverage vending machines" for the Municipality of Veenendaal. It is an open procedure for the leasing of approximately 16 beverage vending machines for an initial period of 5 years (2026-2031), with options for extension up to a maximum of 2036. The contract includes the provision of service and maintenance, and optionally the lease of healthy snack vending machines and/or additional beverage vending machines. The tender process is conducted entirely digitally via TenderNed. Bidders will be selected based on the most economically advantageous bid (BPQR), in which both quality aspects (sustainability, circularity, CSR, equipment performance, availability, implementation plan, and a taste and user test) and price are assessed. Attention is also paid to Social Return on Investment (SROI) and sustainability/circularity, with specific minimum requirements for product design, energy consumption, and waste reduction. Lease of beverage vending machines: Specify the number and type of beverage vending machines: 14 beverage vending machines at the town hall location (of which 6 are tabletop models). 1 beverage vending machine at the municipal depot location (tabletop model). 1 beverage vending machine at the Centre for Youth and Family (CJG) location (tabletop model). Service and maintenance: Clearly state that the assignment includes the provision of full service and maintenance for all (beverage) vending machines to be installed. Full Operational Lease: Emphasize that bidders must submit offers based on 'Full Operational Lease', as defined in the glossary (an "all-in" rental agreement for commercial machinery offering complete peace of mind for a fixed monthly fee).
