Scope of Services (Brief): The purpose of this assignment is to conduct an independent audit of procurement activities under the Project. The consultant will verify:
·Completeness of procurement documentation;
·To assess the potential of purchasing organizations to effectively implement the procurement process;
·Check contracts subject to audit (selectively);
·Check the average time of completed purchases.
Expressions of interest must be delivered in writing by hand no later than 2:00 p.m. on 30 April 2026.
