the Republic of Djibouti Has Received Funding From the Green Climate Fund (gcf) Administered By the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Program Aiming to Strengthen Resilience Around Food and Livelihoods (brefol) in the Horn of Africa and Intends to Use Part of These Donations to Make Payments Under the Road Development Works Contract. Rural Tadjourah -ripta – Debne - Terdo: (from Pk 16+725 to Pk 21.174 Linear (4.45 Km) in a Single Lot.
