the Government of the Republic of Niger Has Received a Grant From the African Development Fund (adf) to Contribute to the Financing of the Project for Deepening the Financial Sector and Financial Inclusion (pasfif), and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted Under This Grant to Finance the Contract for the Recruitment of a Firm Related to Profiling Populations in Terms of Digital Financial Services, Developing a Toolkit for the Development and Distribution of Innovative Digital Financial Products and Services for the Psf, and Developing a Procedure Manual for the Oqsf and the Specifications for the Complaint Management Software.
