Scope of Work Provide Full Duplex Dedicated Internet Bandwidth BANBEIS Central Office Dhaka 300 Mbps Each UITRCE 125 locations 30 Mbps The vendor will be fully responsible for all installation-related civil works, including Excavation, trenching, tunneling Laying and testing fiber optic cables The vendor must Install and configure ODF, joint enclosures, media converters, and networking devices Properly label and organize all cabling no exposed or hanging wires Install permanent route markers to prevent fiber damage Provide basic hands-on training to BANBEIS and UITRCE staff for minor troubleshooting. Installation and Implementation Complete installation and commissioning within 15 days from contract award. Conduct a site survey for all locations and submit a report including Fiber layout plan Resource deployment plan Work schedule and timeline Deploy qualified technical personnel for installation, configuration, and testing. Service Level Agreement SLA Uptime Minimum 99.9% for all locations Packet Loss Maximum 0.1% Time to Repair TTR Metro areas e.g., Dhaka within 4 hours Upazila locations within 24 hours Monitoring & Security Proactive network monitoring with alert system Built-in DDoS protection Network Redundancy Multiple fiber paths Redundant core routers Redundant last-mile connectivity for UITRCE locations Online Reporting Web-based real-time bandwidth monitoring dashboard MRTG access for BANBEIS and UITRCE staff Support Services 24/7 Network Operations Center NOC Single Point of Contact SPOC for all incidents
