The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the conditions to which service contracts will have to comply for the management and contracting of places in vocational rehabilitation centers for people with serious and long-lasting mental illness in the different areas of the community of madrid. the places in labor rehabilitation centers awarded in this framework agreement, once contracted under the service contracts derived from it, will be integrated into the social care network for people with serious and long-lasting mental illness of the general directorate of care for people with disabilities of the family, youth and social affairs department. the labor rehabilitation centers that are contracted in this new framework agreement through contracts based on it will be co-financed at 40% by the european social fund plus (esf+) within the esf+ 2021-2027 program, as it is consistent with the purposes established in priority 2 social inclusion, specific objective h) promote active inclusion in order to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and improve employability, in particular for disadvantaged groups, within political objective 4 “a more social and inclusive europe through the application of the european pillar of social rights” as it complies with the criteria for selecting operations approved by the monitoring committee, regulations (eu) 2021/1060, of june 24, establishing the common provisions and regulation (eu) 2021/1057, of the european parliament and of the council of june 24, establishing the european social fund plus (fse+) and the rest of the regulations in execution and management that are issued.
