Tenders Are Invited for Maintenance of Public Lighting
Description :? This tender guideline contains information regarding the installation and maintenance of public lighting for the Municipality of Tynaarlo. The assignment consists primarily of: a. Supplying masts and luminaires; b. Relocating, replacing, removing, and connecting lighting objects, masts, and luminaires; c. Coordinating work on the regulated network; d. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, consisting of, among other things: - Repairing damage caused by collisions or vandalism; - Repairing damage resulting from age, wear, or weather influences; e. Maintaining third-party objects such as NBD (formerly ANWB) lighting; f. Implementing replacement plans; g. On-call duty for breakdowns. Regarding the supply of luminaires, the following applies: The Municipality of Tynaarlo is holding a separate tender for the supply of luminaires, separate from this tender. The result of this includes, among other things, the pricing of the luminaires. The estimated value for the services under this framework agreement amounts to €2,000,000 excluding VAT. The stated value is indicative; no rights can be derived from it. For this reason, the agreement will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the aforementioned amount, to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the framework agreement has expired. This does not, however, mean that the total estimated value will actually be awarded in orders during the contract period.
