Tenders Are Invited for Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Ngororero-nyakinama-musanze Cyanika Road (72km); Lot 1: Shyira-nyakinama-musanze-cyanika 51.2 Km
the Government of Rwanda (gor) Has Secured Funds From the African Development Bank (adb)’’ Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of Burundi-rwanda Integrated Development Project (bridep). and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contract for Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Ngororero-nyakinama-musanze - Cyanika Road (72km) Lot 1: Shyira-nyakinama-musanze-cyanika (51.2 Km). for This Contract, the Borrower Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 05 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time
(8:00 GMT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder s’ designated representatives and anyone who
chooses to attend at the address above on the same day, at 10:15 A.M local time (8:00 GMT).
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of an amount of Two Billion Rwandan francs
(2,000,000,000) or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
