Tenders Are Invited for Acquisition of Equipment and Supplies for Strengthening the Technical Means of the Common Service for the Maintenance of Navigable Waterways (scevn) in Bangui and Brazzaville
the Central African Government Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Multimodal Transport Corridor Development Project Pointe-noire-brazzaville-bangui-n'djamena - Phase 1 and Intends to Use Part of This Grant to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Acquisition of Equipment and Supplies to Strengthen the Technical Means of the Common Service for the Maintenance of Navigable Waterways (scevn). "for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, Except for Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit."
