the Malagasy Government, Through the Ministry of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene, Has Received An Advance of Funds, Financing From the African Development Fund to Cover the Cost of Preparing the Project for Mobilization, Protection, Enhancement of Water Resources, and Strengthening Resilience to Climate Change (ppf Pmpvreau). to Ensure Effective Governance of the Concerned Ppf, This Notice Provides for Allocating Part of the Funds Allocated Under This Loan to Finance the Service Contract of An Individual Consultant Acting as a 'procurement Auditor' Within the Ppf Pmpvreau Project.
