Tenders Are Invited for Consultancy services for an organisation review exercise
2. Objective of the Consultancy
The objective of the consultancy is to analyse the Bank’s operating
environment and determine optimal functions, organisational structures,
business processes, and skills requirements that will position the Bank as a
future-ready institution.
3. Scope of Services
The scope of the consultancy shall include, but not be limited to, the
following:
a) Functional Review;
b) Structural Review;
c) Process Mapping;
d) Skills Gap Analysis;
e) Review and development of job descriptions;
f) Job evaluation, grading, and workload analysis;
