Tenders are invited for framework contract magnetic tape cassettes
The subject of this tender is a framework agreement for the purchase of magnetic tape cassettes and cleaning cassettes. Our company currently mainly uses the two existing IBM TS4500 tape library systems with the IBM 3592 Advanced cartridges and the corresponding IBM 3592 cleaning cartridges. Additional use of LTO data magnetic tape cassettes and LTO cleaning cassettes is also expected in the near future. The calls from the framework agreement are made by the GSI for cassettes for possible use by the GSI, fair, the Helmholtz Institute Mainz and the Helmholtz Institute Jena. In order to give an impression of the magnitude, the possible possible retrieval volume is based on a maximum possible total term of 48 months
