Expression of interest for Implementation of the Oclei Strategic Plan
the Services Planned Under This Contract Include: 1) Develop and Implement a Capacity Building Plan for Oclei Members and Staff with Regard to the Needs Identified in the Diagnostic Report Carried Out as Part of the Luccei 2 Project; 2) Prepare Operational Tools for Implementing the Strategic Plan and Have Them Validated By the Competent Bodies of Oclei (three-year, Annual Action Plans, Monitoring-evaluation Plan, Etc.); 3) Organize and Facilitate at Least Six (6) Training Courses on Targeted Themes in Relation to the Needs for Strengthening Staff Skills Identified By the Diagnostic Study and 4) Facilitate Coordination with Other National Institutions and International Partners in the Field of Capacity Building.
