Job description:
? Examining and processing building permit applications in accordance with the Planning and Building Law and the regulations established by virtue thereof, and in accordance with the local committee's policy and the committee's administrative and engineering guidelines.
? Providing up-to-date information for the purpose of submitting building permit applications for a specific address, including planning information to anyone who requests it.
Areas of responsibility:
? Responsibility for all planning information issues within the framework of licensing procedures and the work of the local committee.
? Monitoring, examining and processing building permit applications.
? Handling the advancement of applications through the process required for their approval, sending detailed and reasoned requirements to the application authors.
? Adhering to the schedule set by law.
? Writing opinions and recommendations regarding the applications and submitting them for discussion.
? Initiating and continuously updating Fixed conditions according to type of requests, spatial guidelines and internal work procedures.
? Receiving the public, answering telephone and written inquiries from various parties.
? Providing professional opinions in various forums as needed.
Education and professional requirements:
A civil engineer or holder of an academic degree in architecture or engineering from an institution recognized by the Council for Higher Education, or recognized by the Department for Considering Foreign Degrees at the Ministry of Education
or
An architectural or construction engineer
Professional experience:
Preference given to those with previous experience in the field of information and/or reviewing applications for building permits at an institution.
Languages: Hebrew at a high level
Computer applications: Familiarity with OFFIC software - mandatory, GIS system, available licensing system, available planning system
Available (Mavat) advantage.
Courses and professional training:
In this tender, preference will be given to graduates of a course for examiners of building permit applications.
To provide planning information, the informant will be required to successfully complete - an information officer course within a year and a half from the date of his appointment.
Scope of the position: 100% position
Organizational and professional subordination: Director of the Local Planning and Building Committee.
