Scope of Work, SLA & Requirements
The ISP shall provide Full Duplex Dedicated Internet Bandwidth 300 Mbps for BANBEIS Head Office Dhaka and 30 Mbps for each of 125 UITRCE locations.
The ISP shall be responsible for all civil and installation works including excavation, trenching, ducting, fiber laying, installation, configuration, and testing as per industry standards.
All required equipment ODF, joint enclosures, media converters, fiber cables, etc. must be supplied, installed, and properly managed with tagging, no exposed cables, and route protection.
Basic training must be provided for troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
Installation and commissioning must be completed within 15 days. A site survey report layout, resource plan, timeline is required. Qualified personnel must perform all �া�.
Minimum SLA 99.9% uptime, =0.1% packet loss; TTR 4 hours metro , 24 hours Upazila . ISP must ensure proactive monitoring, DDoS protection, redundancy, and provide dashboard, reports, and MRTG access.
A 24/7 NOC shall act as SPOC.
The ISP must have nationwide coverage, last-mile capability, and district-level support.
Contract duration 1 year; BANBEIS may terminate with 1-month notice. ISP must continue service until replacement. Bandwidth upgrades allowed with 1-week notice cost based on MRC .
Service must be dedicated, non-shared fiber, supporting voice, data, and video with proper installation standards.
