Tenders are invited for Providing medications
Supply of medicines - according to the specifications. Based on the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and based on Article 161 of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017, the contracting authoritys response will be sent 10 days (on the 11th day) before the deadline for submitting offers.
