Expression of interest for Consultancy Services for Mid-term Evaluation
the Services to Be Provided Under the Assignment Involves Conducting a Mid-term Evaluation of the Project. to Review the Project Progress, Achievements and Challenges to Inform the Pesapye Project Partners and the Donor on Key Lessons Learned and Propose Recommendations for Any Improvement Or Adjustment Needed for the Remaining Project Implementation Period. Specifically, the Mid-term Evaluation Will Focus on the Following Aspects:
review of the Implementation of Project Components Against Targets,
identify Challenges/constraints Impeding the Project Implementation and Lessons Learned
propose Adjustments in Project Design, Scope, Financing, Institutional Arrangement
review Existing Collaborations and Partnerships
conduct Detailed Stakeholder Analysis
prepare Mid Term Report
