CONSTRUCTION OF TAROSANAN BRIDGE
Republic of the Philippines Province of Camamrines Sur LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF TAROSANAN BRIDGE 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 31/100 Php. 4,999,975.31 pesos only being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF TAROSANAN BRIDGE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within One Hundred Fifty 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of Republic Act RA No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Local Government Unit of Camaligan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 5. The complete set of Bidding Documents may be seen from the philgeps website but purchase of such will be allowed starting April 29, 2026 after the pre bid conference. The applicable fee is PhP 5,000.00 for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. 6. The Local Government Unit of Camaligan will held a Pre-Bid Conference on April 29, 2026. 10:00AM at the LGU CONFERENCE ROOM, 2F Catalino Abilay Building, Camaligan Municipal Hall, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before May 12, 2026, 10:00AM at the LGU CONFERENCE ROOM, 2F Catalino Abilay Building, Camaligan Municipal Hall.. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. Bid opening shall be on May 12, 2026, 10:00AM at 2F Catalino Abilay Building., Sto Domingo, Camaligan.CS. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 9. Interested bidders must bring the original and copy of “Class A” Documents and present the original copy of PHILGEPS Platinum Registration with DRL printout for authentication prior to the purchase of Bidding documents. The BAC will also require actual site inspection to be accompanied by the MEO staff. A certification from the said office will be issued and will form part of the technical documents to be required. 10. The Local Government Unit of Camaligan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. The availability of the Tender Documents of the project listed above shall be One 1 working day before the bid opening“May 12, 2026”, considering the volume of works in preparing for the bidding date to the number of interested contractors to join the bid. For all transactions, including the purchase of bidding documents, it must be done by the owner personally, or by an authorized representative who must present a company ID or any proof of employment with the company being represented e.g., SSS or Pag-IBIG contributions by the employer, along with a Special Power of Attorney.
