Tenders are invited for Eucaribbean strategic communication facility
this project will support the planning and execution of multiannual strategic communication campaigns in an effective way on a caribbean-wide, regional scale. this should ensure more impactful communication on the eu’s international partnerships’ objectives and external policy priorities. the facility should contribute to raising awareness and shaping positive perception of the eu and its role in the caribbean.
