Labor 1 lot Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of Republic Act RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bid Documents are available from April 25- May 19, 2026 upon payment of non-refundable fees stated above, from 8:00AM to 12:00N and from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday, and up to 9:30AM on the last day of the issuance and acquisition of bid docs, at the Municipal Mayors Office / BAC Office, 3rd Fl., Municipal Hall, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte Cel. No. 0917-329-9936. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as Preliminary Examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
