Notice of call for expressions of interest Update on Cabo Verdes National Climate Diplomacy Strategy and Training in Climate Negotiation
LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency launches a Call for Expression of
Interest (CEOI) for the acquisition of services for Update on Cape Verde's national climate
diplomacy strategy and training in climate negotiation on behalf of Climate Action Programme
CVE/401- receiving financial support from the governments of the Republic of Cabo Verde and the
Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
Economic operators that are invited to express their interest to oTer the services mentioned above
are specialised in climate diplomacy.
Indicatively, economic operators will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in
UNFCCC/AP processes and/or definition of climate policy instruments and multi-sectoral facilitation
in SIDS/Africa, including training and strategy/plan development.
The start of the contract is foreseen for July 2026 and for a duration of 6 months and 2 weeks.
Economic operators must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in
Santiago islands – Cabo Verde. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 104
000 EUR (all taxes excluded)
