Tenders Are Invited for preservation and promotion of the development of agriculture in the municipality of Ajdovšcina for the year 2026 - PART II
The Municipality of Ajdovšcina, Cesta 5. maja 6/a, 5270 Ajdovšcina, based on the Rules on the preservation and promotion of the development of agriculture and rural areas in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 47/2024), the Ordinance on the budget of the Municipality of Ajdovšcina for 2026 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 85/24, 36/25, 55/25, 109/25 and 8/26) and the Decision on the initiation of the procedure, appointment of the commission for opening applications and the expert commission No. 331-1/2026 -1 of 23 April 2026, publishes the draft Public Tender for the preservation and promotion of the development of agriculture in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina for 2026 - PART II.
I. SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER
- The subject of the public tender is the allocation of state aid for:
- modernisation of agricultural holdings for investments on agricultural holdings relating to primary agricultural production (Article 14 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 2022/2472);
- modernisation of agricultural holdings for investments in complementary activities on the farm, Commission Regulation (EU) No 2023/2831;
- aid to cover the operating costs of transporting milk from remote areas, Commission Regulation (EU) No 2023/2831.
II. BENEFICIARIES
The following are eligible for funding under this call:
- legal and natural persons that meet the criteria for micro-enterprises, active in primary agricultural production or in the case of a measure under Articles 14 and 17 of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2022/2472); and are entered in the register of agricultural holdings and meet other conditions set out in the Rules on the preservation and promotion of the development of rural agriculture in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 47/2024), and who invest in the area of ??the Municipality of Ajdovšcina;
- legal and natural persons who meet the criteria for micro-enterprises in cases of " de minimis" aid measures under Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, have a production unit on an agricultural holding that is entered in the register of agricultural holdings and has a production unit in the area of ??the municipality of Ajdovšcina, and meet other conditions set out in the Rules on the preservation and promotion of the development of rural agriculture in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 47/2024), and who invest in the area of ??the municipality of Ajdovšcina;
- in the measure "covering the operating costs of milk transport from remote areas", legal entities and natural persons and cooperatives registered for the performance of road freight transport activities or registered for the purchase of products from primary agricultural activities produced in the area of ??the municipality of Ajdovšcina.
III. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE GRANTING OF STATE AID
Before the funds are allocated, the beneficiary of state aid must sign a clause on the cumulation of state aid. The clause includes a declaration by the beneficiary of state aid that for the purpose for which they are receiving state aid they have not received aid from the state budget or international aid, or how much funding they have already received.
The deadline for submitting applications is Monday, June 1, 2026.
