Sleeper with fasteningDescription: Reinforced concrete sleepers fastened with elastic terminals meeting the requirements of GOST 32698-2014 for 1520 mm gauge railways. The delivery set includes: 1. Reinforced concrete sleeper for railways in accordance with GOST 33320-2015 type III for continuous rail fastening with threaded attachment of the rail to the first grade sleeper with four dowels built into the sleeper, made of heavy concrete in accordance with GOST 26633-2015. Axle load not lower than 25 t per axle. 2). Fastening for railway gauge 1520 mm - 1 km. The kit includes: elastic terminal - 4 units (elastic terminal travel of at least 13 mm with anti-corrosion coating); Angle guide plate - 4 units; the travel screw must comply with GOST 809 - 2020. When tested for bending in a cold state, it must withstand bending at an angle of 450 (external) without signs of tears and cracks - 4 units; under-rail spacer - 2 units. Rail fastenings must be shipped with lubricants separately from components (15 grams per dowel). Axle load not lower than 25 tons per axle.
