That, the Hospital del Salvador, hereinafter and interchangeably, "HDS" or "the Entity", needs to contract the "Preventive and corrective maintenance service for Mechanical Ventilators and Anesthesia Machine belonging to various services of the Hospital del Salvador", which includes preventive and corrective maintenance work, of all the Mechanical Ventilators and Anesthesia Machine and their components used for their correct functioning, including the control elements, all in accordance with the Specifications Techniques that make up these Bases. That, according to the definition of numeral 10 of Article 4 of the Regulations of Law No. 19,886, a Service Contract is one through which the entities of the State Administration entrust a natural or legal person with the execution of tasks;
