26-0274 Dual-Chamber Pacemaker System with Frequency Activity, Compatible with 3T Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Single Sensor. FT 110103 Suggested Observations for the Specifications: 1. Companies must have technical personnel available for pacemaker implants and for any consultation required at any time of day. 2. Technicians must present a certificate of training in pacemaker knowledge and operation from recognized and authorized sites. 3. Present a training certificate from the brand they represent. 4. Generator warranty for a minimum of five (5) years at 100% stimulation with parameters of 2.5 to 3.6 volts, with a pulse width of 0.4 ms, with a resistance of 1000 ohms and a heart rate of 60 bpm, and a circuit lifespan corresponding to the pacemaker's useful life of eight (8) years. 5. The pacemaker clinic and the supplying company must have the programmer for analyzing the corresponding pacemakers. 6. The company supplying permanent endocavitary pacemakers must verify compliance with the essential requirements for the proposal of its pulse generators. 7. The company must provide a programmer for the telemetry control of the type(s) of pacemaker(s) offered, technical support at the time of implantation, and follow-up of the corresponding pacemakers throughout the lifespan of the supplies, committing to have an additional programmer in stock at the supplying company. 8. Training of the Pacemaker Clinic staff in interrogating and programming the pacemakers using the provided equipment. 9. Having personnel permanently trained in the applications of the programmer within the supplying company. 10. Compliance with international standards for quality assurance and marketing.
