A single-chamber container with a volume of 450 ml for collecting, storing, and transfusing whole blood with the anticoagulant cpda-l. A 16g needle, whose surface is treated with silicone (for painless venipuncture), is used for venipuncture, and the tip has a three-faceted sharpening. For use with an automatic donor plasmapheresis machine. 1) High-separation centrifuge bell with a volume of 275 ml. 2) Plasma collection container of 1000 ml, with built-in line with a spike connector for connecting saline solution and a connector for connecting to the centrifuge bell. 3) Plasma collection line 234 cm long with a built-in connector for connecting to the centrifuge bell, a luer fitting for connecting a needle, and an anticoagulant line with a spike connector and drip chamber. 4) Sodium citrate solution 4% (ratio 1:16) is a sterile, apyrogenic, clear colorless anticoagulant solution in a PVC bag covered with a protective polypropylene film. The product is presented in a 250 ml bag of solution with a port for a plastic spike. The chemical composition of the product: each liter of the product contains: sodium citrate 40.0 g; water for injections - up to 1000 ml.
