relief international (ri) invites your submission of a financial bid in order to provide construction works in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. ri seeks a professional company for the construction of secondary health facility in tawila.

full package of bid documents may be submitted online to the email address tenders.sudan@ri.org, please include the below itt reference as subject of the email. please note that the tender is split into three (3) lots. bidders may choice to apply for a lot or many lots. please specify the lot or lots applying for in your tender submission documents. the full package of bid documents may also be submitted in a sealed envelope; the only information on the envelope should be the following:

lot #: please include the lot submitting for full bid submissions must be received at the address above no later than [may 18, 2026] 3:30 pm local time. failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the tender being void. returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date.
bidders may submit proposals for a single lot, multiple lots or all lots. please submit the entire tender package for a lot or lots submitting for.
evaluation will be done per lot based on “award criteria” mentioned in the tender document.
