The pipe bender GOST Stalex JTB-40 is designed for bending round pipes made of metal or other materials to a specified radius. It bends the pipe by pulling the workpiece over a roller – producing items such as arcs, frames, structures, and more from water and gas pipes and metric pipes with bends in several planes, ensuring the accuracy of the pipe bend at a specified angle and radius, without kinks in the bending area. It is used for bending at angles up to 180°, with a maximum pipe size of 38mm and a wall thickness of up to 3mm (steel and non-ferrous metals). Bending can be performed in various configurations and in different planes; the model is suitable for operation in intensive conditions in production with small-batch and mass production. The bending angle is set and controlled by entering the required angle through a counter-indicator, with a bending angle range from 0 to 180°. The machine can be operated in manual mode by pressing individual buttons and in semi-automatic mode under the control of an optical-electrical encoding device (sensor), which is suitable for mass production. Features such as simplicity of design, ease of operation, energy saving, and high efficiency make the machine ideal for pipe bending. The supplier must carry out installation and commissioning work. Warranty for 12 months with a quality certificate. Provide the original invoice. The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the customerwarehouse at their own expense and by their own means (or with the involvement of third parties). The supplier bears the transportation costs, including loading and unloading work and cargo insurance during transportation. The transfer of goods is considered completed upon signing the delivery note by the customerrepresentative at the delivery warehouse.
