The municipality of Modiin-Maccabim-Reut invites proposals for the purchase of a mobile structure located at 31 Givati Brigade Street. The structure is approximately 170 square meters in its current condition (AS IS). The winning bidder is required to remove the structure from the site no later than May 24, 2026, subject to full payment to the municipality and prior coordination with the municipality. The removal must be done independently by the winner, who is responsible for all associated costs and must leave the site clean of any debris or waste resulting from the removal. The municipality is not responsible for the condition of the structure or any facilities within it, and the structure will be sold as is. The municipality intends to dismantle certain equipment from the structure before the removal, including fire cabinets, fire equipment, alarm systems, protective equipment, and installed air conditioning units, without any claims from the bidders regarding the condition of the structure after the dismantling. mobile structure

Public Tender No. purchase of a transport building from the Municipality of Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut
The Municipality of Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut hereby invites bids for the purchase of a portable building located at 31 Hativat Givati ??Street in the Municipality of Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut.
Participation in the tender is free of charge and there is no need to purchase the tender documents.
Bids will be submitted on the tender documents that were downloaded from the Municipality's website, in the Municipality's submission envelope, which will be received from the Municipality upon submission of the bid.
Bidders who are interested in seeing the building will notify the municipality via email: michrazim@modiin.muni.il no later than 3.5.26 at 12:00 only in order to register to participate in the tour of the building.
Deadline for submitting bids: 12.5.26 at 12:00 only, by personal delivery only, to the tender box in the municipality's tender department, at 1 Teltan Street, 2nd floor.
