Expression of interest for Recruitment of Ngos and Consultancy Firms Specializing in the Development of Local Development Plans
the Services Provided Under This Contract Consist of Carrying Out the Following Missions:
identify the Production Areas in the Different Municipalities;
map the Different Production Basins According to Type of Production;
identify the Different Actors in the Different Agricultural Value Chains;
identify and Prioritize Investment Needs to Improve Agricultural Production and Productivity and Promote Agribusiness;
design a Methodology for Developing a Local Sustainable Agricultural Development Plan (pldad) in Consultation with the General Directorate of Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (matd) and the General Directorate of Planning of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation (mepci);
produce Pldads By Production Basin to Promote Agribusiness for Young People and Women.
the Selected Ngos and Consultancy Firms Will Be Responsible for Developing Forty (40) Local Sustainable Agricultural Development Plans (pldad).
for This Purpose:
twenty (20) Pldad Must Be Completed Within Three (3) Months After Signing the Contract;
twenty (20) Other Pldads Must Be Developed By the End of the Year.
