Tenders Are Invited for Acquisition of Equipment for the Cerfer Civil Engineering Lab
the Entente Council Received Funding From the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance Training Integration Support Project (paif) in the Road, Railway and Mining Professions in the Member Countries of the Entente Council, and Intends to Use Part of This Donation to Make Payments Under the Market for the Acquisition of Equipment for the Cerfer Civil Engineering Lab. for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines for Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, with the Exception of Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
