The objective of this framework agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority achieves a cost effective and rational procurement of food products. The contract is for Levanger, Verdal, Inderøy, Steinkjer, Snåsa, Grong and Lierne municipalities. The contract shall be able to be used by all units, both those that go under institutional attitudes with a need for wholesale packages and small house attitudes with a need for consumer packages. The municipalities have different needs in terms of assortment, volume, delivery frequency and logistics. Common to the municipalities is the need for stable deliveries of safe and quality good food products, flexible ordering and delivery systems and suppliers who can handle both ordinary and unforeseen situations.
