Competition: Diathermy accessories, DPS
Sansia Oy establishes a dynamic procurement system through which multi-use and disposable diathermy supplies used in health care are procured per customer. The purchase does not include diathermy devices.
This is a request for participation regarding procurement.
Through the dynamic procurement system (DPS), diathermy supplies are procured for healthcare use. Procurable product groups include, for example:
- diathermy device accessories (no diathermy devices)
- flue gas suction accessories
- monopolar, bipolar and neutral electrodes
- accessories for diathermy electrodes
- fuel pens and fuel suction accessories
The purchased products can be used in many different areas of use and in surgical specialties.
Sansia Oy reserves the possibility to acquire other diathermy accessories suitable for healthcare use related to the above-mentioned procurement through the dynamic procurement system.
This dynamic procurement system can be used by all Sansia owner-customers (up-to-date listing https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html).
You can apply for the procurement system as a bidder for the entire systems validity period by submitting a participation application. The candidate can submit a participation application to the system, even if not all of the product groups mentioned above as examples are included in the candidates product selection. Applying to the system does not mean direct participation in procurement. Only candidates accepted into the system have the right to make offers during the procurement phase.
The procurement contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are available to tenderers accepted into the dynamic system at the time of the tender opening. Bids cannot be submitted for existing contracts, i.e. procurements that have already been tendered, until the tender is opened again. The products to be competed for, the minimum requirements set for the products and other minimum requirements and other conditions related to the procurement object, as well as the purchasers, are always defined separately according to the current need in each request for tenders within the procurement system.
The dynamic procurement system ends on 31 August 2036.
