Tender Are Invited For Ka Sakeng Vendors’ Market Project
This project entails the construction of a formalised, multi purpose vendors’ market at Ka Sakeng, Maseru. The development aims to integrate historic vendors into a structured, serviced, and regulated market facility.
The Government of Lesotho, through Maseru City Council (MCC) and the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC), has reserved funds for construction works at Ka Sakeng and Ha Clifford Vendors’ Markets respectively.
Project Scope
The project will establish a formal, multi storey market facility, including but not limited to:
Structured trading bays and storage facilities
Sanitation and water infrastructure
Solid waste management systems
Stormwater drainage systems
Ancillary commercial and retail facilities
