the Government of the Republic of Liberia Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank Group (afdb) Towards the Cost of the Paving of the John Davis Town – Zwedru City (48.5km) Under the Mano River Union Road Development and Transport Facilitation Programme (mru/rdtfp) Phase Iv Intends to Use Part of the Proceeds of Mru Iv Funding for the Payment Under the Contract for the Supervision and Management of the Construction of An Asphaltic Concrete Road From John Davis Town to Zwedru City (48.5 Km), Monitor the Implementation of Environmental Social Management Plan (esmp) and the Resettlement Action Plan (rap) and Monitor the Defects Liability Period (dlp).
the Service Will Involve Ensuring High-quality Construction Works Are Achieved in Full Compliance with the Approved Engineering Design, Technical Specifications, and All Other Relevant Contract Documents. to Ensure That the Objectives of This Project Are Accomplished, the Ministry of Public Works (mpw), the Contracting Authority, Now Desires to Employ a Supervising Consulting Firm to Complete Pre-construction, Construction Supervision, and Contract Administration of Activities That Include But Are Not Limited to Design Review, Evaluation of Tenders as Well as Manage and Supervise the Execution of the Works Respectively and Monitor the Corridor During the Defects Notification Period Following the Completion of the Physical Works.
